Built around situational leadership and the need to communicate for influence, our Lead, Follow, Change event provides an experience that validates that, to win as a team, everyone must lead. Leadership significantly impacts the effectiveness of people, teams and projects and developing leadership skills throughout an organization is a strategic challenge for management.
Participants are introduced to specific leadership processes embedded within experiences that become immediately useful in moving leaders, teams and projects ahead. Participants will leave with concrete tools to increase their personal effectiveness in leadership and team situations.
