Vision Quest
As Einstein said, “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” Vision Quest helps participants shift their perspective and learn to look at situations with new eyes—opening up to the adjacent opportunities that lead to innovation.
While exploring what innovation truly is, teams will learn how to find the small levers that can lead to big-impact changes. It’s a new way of perceiving the world around you—a quest to open yourself to what’s possible and learn to think of your customers, colleagues, and challenges in new ways.
